No reservation from an inquiry

A form submission, email or telephone discussion does not create a booking. A reservation exists only after the applicable package has been confirmed in writing and required payments have been accepted under the relevant booking terms.

Tickets, hotels, airlines, transportation companies, venues and other suppliers are independent third parties. Their schedules, rules, availability and service performance may be outside the direct control of Elite Sports Tours Inc. Supplier terms may also apply.

Event changes

Events may be postponed, rescheduled, relocated, altered or cancelled by third parties. The treatment of any affected booking depends on the applicable package terms, supplier policies and circumstances.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or unlawful information, interfere with website operation or use content in a way that infringes rights.

Intellectual property

Original website design, text and brand materials are protected by applicable law. Third-party league, team, event and venue names or marks belong to their respective owners and are referenced only for identification.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Elite Sports Tours Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
