Why complete information matters

A useful inquiry includes the event or destination, estimated number of travelers, preferred hotel arrangement and any timing constraints. This reduces uncertainty and helps determine whether an appropriate package can be discussed.

No automatic booking

Submitting a contact form, sending an email or speaking with a representative does not itself create a reservation. Inventory is not held unless expressly confirmed. Payment should be made only through the instructions provided for an accepted package.

Protecting your trip

Travelers may wish to consider independent travel insurance that addresses cancellation, interruption, medical needs and other risks. Insurance is not included unless specifically stated, and travelers should review exclusions directly with the insurance provider.
