Pricing and availability
Sports travel pricing can change because event tickets, hotel rooms and transportation inventory are time-sensitive. A website inquiry is not a reservation and does not guarantee inventory or pricing. A package becomes binding only after the traveler receives the applicable details, agrees to the stated terms and completes any required payment process.
What is not automatically included
Unless a proposal says otherwise, travelers should not assume that airfare, ground transportation, meals, parking, resort fees, travel documents, insurance, baggage fees or personal expenses are included. The written confirmation controls the final package scope.
Traveler responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for providing accurate names and contact details, reviewing entry and identification requirements, arriving on time, complying with venue rules and verifying that the package is suitable for their needs. International travelers should independently review passport, visa, health and border requirements.
