Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the specific package, timing and supplier terms. Review the written terms provided for your booking.
Before purchase
Travelers should review the package description, payment schedule, cancellation deadlines, transfer rules and any non-refundable components before purchasing. Questions should be raised before payment is submitted.
Traveler-initiated cancellation
If a traveler chooses to cancel, eligibility for any refund or credit is determined by the written booking terms and the rules of ticket, hotel, transportation and other suppliers. Certain deposits, tickets, fees or reservations may become non-refundable immediately or after stated deadlines.
Event postponement or rescheduling
A postponement or date change does not automatically mean that all package components are refundable. Updated event access, hotel and travel arrangements will be addressed according to supplier policies and the applicable booking agreement.
Event cancellation
If an event is cancelled without replacement, any refund attributable to the event component may depend on the amount recovered from the relevant supplier. Other package components may have separate rules.
How to request cancellation
Send a written request to tim@timmacdonell.com and include the booking name, contact information and trip reference. A request is effective when received and acknowledged, subject to the applicable terms.
